Connecting families facing homelessness to a better future since 1988 through the Transitional Housing Program

St. Raphael Catholic Church has been very fortunate to have wonderful, faith-filled, and dedicated volunteer mentors in our Transitional Housing Ministry. This 2-year program offers families who are committed to working their way out of homelessness, temporary, rent-free, transitional housing. Three volunteer mentors from our parish provide support in financial matters such as budgeting and saving money, parenting, career development and household management.

St. Raphael currently supports two families in this program. Three trained mentors are needed for every family participating in our Transitional Housing Program.
