Catechists
A catechist is a volunteer who shares the faith on an age-appropriate level with the children of the parish.
Catechists attend catechist training meetings in the parish throughout the school year. All new catechists are asked to attend the diocesan initial certification program and are required to attend a one time, diocesan safety prevention course called Protecting God’s Children.
