The world bombards us all with a lot of noise, so much so that without realizing it we become consumed in and by its force.
Consumed youth ministry, when we gather in community, will explore the effects of this worldly force and through scripture, prayer and discussion, focus on how we can shift what we hear and see into a consuming relationship with Jesus Christ.
This group is under the leadership of Deacon Jerry Afeltra. Consumed meets on the first and third Thursdays of the month from 7pm -8:30pm.
Most 1st Thursdays of the month we will spend time with our Lord in Adoration from 7-7:30pm and then gather as a group in the teen room.
All are invited to join us for fun, food, activities and scripture reflection, as we build a stronger relationship with our Lord.
“ For the Lord your God is a Consuming fire. A jealous God” Deut: 4:24
