The Pastoral Care & Service office is recreating and reorganizing the Funeral Luncheon Ministry. This exciting ministry provides comfort and care through serving those grieving the loss of a loved one through hospitality following a Funeral Mass.

Are you an empty-nester or recently retired and looking for something different in ministry? Are you new to the parish and want to get involved and meet new people? Do you enjoy serving others? Your time and talent can be offered in a variety of ways to volunteer in this ministry through comfort and Works of Mercy!

This is the Ministry for You!!

Volunteers in Ministry:

• Help with set-up and cleanup for funeral luncheons
• Provide desserts for the funeral luncheons
• A welcoming presence and spirit for grieving families and friends
• Flexible with dates and times of funeral luncheons
• 2 groups of 4-5 volunteers per group, volunteering on a rotational basis
